Chiropractic Care

Chiropractic is the study of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems and how they relate to each other in regard to pain and function. Chiropractic care involves identifying misalignments and restrictions in the spine and extremities and using manual adjusting techniques, soft tissue treatments, and exercise to remove them and restore the free flow of the nervous system.

These techniques vary and Dr. Reick uses her experience and expertise to work with each patient to determine which treatments are the best fit and will have the most effective results.

Graston Technique

Soft tissue injuries can be debilitating and frustrating. Graston Technique® (GT) therapy is successful in effectively treating all soft tissue conditions, whether they are chronic, acute or post- surgical. GT therapy can help you enjoy life again.

Our unique technique and instruments enable the treatment of scar tissue and fascial restrictions during rehabilitation that allows for faster rehabilitation and with greater success when the goal is restoring range of motion, eliminating pain, and restoring normal function.

Active Release Technique

The goal of ART® is to remove any adhesions or scar tissues in the area treated in order to restore it’s optimal texture, range of motion, and release any entrapped nerves or blood vessels. This is accomplished through specific protocols that involve precise targeting and stretching of the involved tissues.

Adhesions may occur as a result of an acute injury, repetitive motion, and constant pressure or tension. ART® eliminates the pain and dysfunction associated with these adhesions and increases flexibility.  ART® helps resolve injuries faster than other treatment methods so you can get back to doing what you love sooner!

This technique is widely used by many colleges, amateur, professional, and Olympic athletes to treat and prevent injury as well as anyone looking to improve their health and be free from pain.
